We’re offering the customer service that is included with each HES Solar system to owners of home solar systems designed and built by our competitors in the solar panel installation industry. We know homeowners purchase houses with existing solar systems, and often the solar installer is not the company of choice or possibly no longer in business. At HES we run into a lot of these systems so we’ve decided to offer, at a minimal annual cost, our basic service plan to cover any permitted solar system in San Diego and the surrounding counties.
We’ll monitor your system remotely and alert you to any performance drops or issues to allow a quick resolution and get your system back to full operational efficiency. We will also provide phone support to diagnose and resolve minor system issues that are taking away from the free and clean energy your system was designed to produce.
